Dear Jones Customer,

 

            You are concerned about your Toyota and WE at Jones Junction are just as concerned as you are! Not all Toyotas are affected by this recall.  Please contact us and we will verify if your vehicle is affected or not.

 

If your vehicle is affected, we want to arrange for you to bring it in ASAP to have a Toyota Master Certified Technician perform a Safety Check on your vehicle.  If you can not bring your vehicle in, we will be happy to arrange a convenient time to pick your vehicle in and conduct this check.

 

In the meantime, if you should experience a stuck throttle, immediately shift your vehicle into neutral, apply the brake (do not pump the brake) and pull off to the side of the road and call us at 410-879-6400.
